The firm BBM Abogados was founded by Beatriz Bermejo Villa in Cantabria, specifically in Santander, in 1990, and so has more than 25 years of activity and experience behind it. From the outset, it took on a wide range of matters covering every branch of the law, expanding its team as client demand grew — clients who are always offered the very best attention, both personal and legal.
The firm’s speciality, spread over almost 200 square metres, is Civil Law (family, property, monetary claims, etc.) as well as Commercial Law (banking, insolvency, corporate, etc.), providing comprehensive legal and business advice and services to various banks and companies.

The team is made up of four solicitors: Beatriz Bermejo Villa, Miguel Sierra Torre, Carolina Arce Berdía and Ramón Collado Obregón; a court agent (procurador): Juan Esteban Esteban Fernández, who is supported by an authorised officer, Beatriz Basoa Huidobro, and two secretaries: Julia Díaz Bustamante and María José González-Pardo de los Ríos. The team is completed by various professionals and administrative staff, both external and on internal rotation, who provide assistance, consultation and execution support. At the firm’s own premises there are also the services of an economist who in turn has their own team to make it easier to provide comprehensive advice to both companies and private individuals.

The firm’s clients include companies and public bodies at regional, national and international level, with whom lasting professional relationships are built, as there are clients who have been with the firm for more than two decades, relationships founded on that trust and hard work that the firm holds as its banner.
Traditionally, they have collaborated with the University of Cantabria, through the Commercial Law Department of the Faculty of Law and at the Faculty of Economics and Business, as well as with the University of Deusto.
